Green tea is well known for its skin-rejuvenating qualities. We scoured the web to find a recipe (not for eating!)for a facial mask using our favorite ingredient - green tea! Remember, as with any product you are going to put on your skin, if you have sensitive skin test the paste on the inside of your wrist first for any irritation or allergic reaction.
2 teaspoons matcha green tea
1 teaspoon water.
Some suggested optional ingredients
Mix the matcha with water to make a paste. Add 1 teaspoon of any optional ingredients if you like. Spread the mixture onto the face for 10 minutes. Then wash off with warm water.
